Hi..I'm b-a-a-a-ck, I think. After big-time difficulties with my
Distribution List, etc., I'm told this should work. If it does, a big THANK
YOU to Jay Hauger & Doug Miller. If you are receiving this Pastorgr at m in
error, please notify me & I will remove you from this list.

Sunday is a BIG DAY as we jump back into our Fall season at BSLC! Don't
forget that early worship begins at 8:15 a.m. & Adult Education begins at
9:45 a.m. We'll be taking some time to review our "Star" diagram, so please
reflect on these Scriptures. (Can you recall the four points of the star?)
	*Psalm 42.1-2
	*Colossians 3.5-14
	*1 John 3.16-18
	*Matthew 28.16-20

Here are the Adult Ed choices that begin this Sunday at
9:45............(Kids class also start @ 9:45).

**Faith 101 (Practical info for Christian living...Pastor Pete)
**The Kingdom of God (A key biblical concept throughout Scripture...Me)
**Holy Rsolve: Terror & War Today (The Bible's teaching on war &
peace...Steve Rowe)
**Bringing Up Boys (Handling the challenges of raising your son...Dobson &
Dettmers)
**Building Bridges, Planting Seeds (Make an eternal difference in others'
lives...Dan Critchett)
**Extracting the Precious (A Donna Partow study of 2 Cor for women...Harriet
Toombs)

And...don't forget the special Congregational Meeting this Sunday evening at
6:30 pm as together we consider and decide upon establishing the proposed
Director of Outreach and Assimilation position.

Something to think about...
"The Trinity is a very active concept. If you lose that you just end up
with doctrines--a doctrine of God, a doctine of justification, all
propositions that you continually have to reactivate in your life.
Traditional Christian spirituality is not taking bits and pieces of doctrine
& putting them to use--it's entering into the life of God that is already in
motion. There is already motion in the Trinity." - E.H. Peterson

Trinity blessings to you!
Pastor Mark
