Greetings on a beautiful day of sunshine & wind...a favorite combination of
mine!

Have you prayed for a missionary yet today?  (It's never too late....)

Looking ahead to Sunday, may I encourage you to take a look at the
following?
*	Isaiah 57:11-13	What do we fear more than God?
*	1 Cor. 15:12, 16-20  Resurrection reality
*	Luke 6:17-26*  Jarring words from Jesus

Don't forget the PRC Baby Bottle Campaign; bottles are due back 2/29.  Ours
looks a bit whimpy since we mostly use checks.

Ever noticed we have a Food Barrel at church in the cloak room?  The food is
taken to the Clackamas Service Center and/or given out to needy folks who
stop by.  Feel free to put non-perishable stuff in.  (There's one fine
couple that faithfully brings in a sack every single week!)

Have you ever wanted to sample what Stephen Ministry is all about without
committing yourself to it?  On Saturday, Feb. 28, BSLC is hosting a regional
Christian Caring Ministry Workshop (9 am-1 pm).  If you're interested in
attending, let me know by responding to this.  (A neat speaker from Houston
will be the presenter.)

A Prayer:
Dear Jesus, how desperately I need to learn to pray.  And yet when I am
honest, I know that I often do not even want to pray.
