Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

Welcome to the several new receivers of the Pastorgr at m...there are now over
290 addresses receiving this!  (If you are receiving this in error, please
reply to be expunged from the list.)

How gratifying and encouraging to see "Christian community in action" these
past days following the sudden passing of Mark Bennett.  "Rejoice with those
who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn."  (Rom. 12:15).  Our focus on
community continues Sunday.  The following are Scriptures you could visit to
prepare yourself:
*	1 Cor. 12:14-23  In Christian community we need the weak & honor the
lowly.
*	Jn. 20:19-28  A life is changed as Jesus pursues community with
Thomas.
*	Acts 9:36-42  God cares for one who has card for others.
Our final Sunday School classes take place before our August break.
We'll have a special representative with us from Lutheran Community
Services, telling of their work in our area.

Fun & Friends 2004 is next week.  Be in prayer & do what you can!  (Got any
2 liter bottles?)
