SNOWFLAKE LANE NEEDS MORE DRUMMERS

 

The Snowflake Lane production has been so popular this year that they have
extended the run until 12/31. They need more drummers for the 12/26-12/31
performances. This is a great way to make some really good money and be part
of a great production. See all the info below.

 

Hello Drummers!

 We are now looking for drummers to perform CELEBRATION LANE at the
Bel-Square Mall during the week of Tuesday 12/26- Sunday12/31.  The show is
outdoors along the Bellevue Way and NE 8th at 7:00pm each night.  You will
be paid $30 for each performance.  The music is fun and upbeat to get the
shoppers geared up for New Year's Eve!  We need drummers who have
intermediate ability and who can perform and drum to songs like "We Are
Family," "Dance To The Music," "Celebration," etc...

 Alan White has a couple of performances coming up this month. One with his
band WHITE and another on New Years Eve with SHELLEY and the CURVES.

FREE DRUM LESSONS CHALLENGE

 

 Our own Dave Jette has extended the following challenge to anyone willing
to take it.

 

Dave will give a FREE month of drum lessons to anyone who can,

 

-Play Tower of Power's "The Oakland Stroke" up to tempo.

Or

-Play George Lawrence Stone's "Stone Killer" without mistakes in under 5
minutes (104 bpm).

Or

-Identify and locate every country in Africa (there are 53 countries).
