Rolling Stones drummer Charlie Watts visited the shop last Sunday. He found
some great drums, hung out with some students and even had an impromptu
lesson with one of our teachers, Dennis Van Ryn. Charlie is a great person,
extremely passionate about music and a true gentlemen. His visit was one of
the highlights in the history of this drumshop. Check out some

Steve Smith, legendary drummer from Journey, Vital Information and many more
will be in town November 27-29. He will perform at Jazz Alley with his band
Vital Information on Nov 28 and 29. He will teach a master class here at
Donn Bennett Drum Studio in Bellevue on Wednesday Nov. 29 at 3:00 pm. On
Monday Nov. 26 Steve and Alan White will be featured with the Seattle
Seahawks Blue Thunder Drumline at the Seahawks vs. Greenbay game.
