in Bellevue. Get ready for SIX very heavy weight guest clinicians. David
Garibaldi, Alan White, Johnny Rabb, Michael Shrieve, Donny Osborne and Jerry

David Garibaldi is best known for his work with Tower Of Power. He will be
teaching a master class and private lessons on Saturday, January 27th. David
is an extremely popular guest instructor. His classes sell out every time
he’s here. This is the first time he’s offered private lessons. Be sure to

Johnny Rabb, the worlds fastest drummer, will join guitarist Paul Allen (no,
not that Paul Allen) and The Ten Finger Orchestra for a very unique
clinic/concert January 29th. Johnny is a well known for his absolutely
incredible speed and technique. What is even more incredible is the way he
turns his speed and talent into truly amazing music. Johnny and Paul
(guitar, bass and drums) will also be teaching private lessons.

Michael Shrieve, was first unleashed on the music world when he played his
now legendary drum solo as a young 19 year old drummer with SANTANA at
Woodstock. His performance was captured on film and is now one of the most
lasting images of the entire Woodstock era. Michael has worked with a huge
variety of artists including Mick Jagger and The Rolling Stones, George
Harrison, Pete Townsend and Stevie Winwood. He will be re-joining our
regular teaching staff here at Donn Bennett Drum Studios.  And will be
available for weekly lessons. It is a rare opportunity to study long term
with a drummer of Michael’s caliber and experience. For more about Michael

hour.

 

Jerry Garcia. For over 20 years Jerry Garcia and the Seattle Drum Shop were
synonymous for drums and drumming in the Seattle area. We are extremely
fortunate to have Jerry join our staff of teachers. Jerry studied with
legendary teachers Freddy Gruber, Chuck Flores and Murray Spivack. He’s
marched in and taught several national champion drum corps. He’s teaching
all levels on set, rudiments and drumline drumming. 

 

Jerry Garcia, Private Lessons, Thursdays, ongoing, $110.00 per month for ½
hour weekly lessons.
