I am committed to our industry as a professional.   As a professional, I
will make sure to make many various assortments of food.  These assortments
will include sweet, juicy, and savory foods.  My creativity will be used to
create elaborate presentations, no matter the time investment.  The two main
elements that sell our industry are flavor and presentation. Presentation
elements don't always have to be made from food they can add garnish.   As
in any industry, you must present yourself in an elegant manner.  This will
ensure that your reputation will not be in question when making foods, and
they will judge you on your talent. If you looked like a "grunge" you may be
judged on that look, not for your talent.
