Hi.

There were some last minute things you could have done in December to lower
your 2007 tax bill... but here it is 2008.

Happy New Year!

I'm encouraging you to start lowering your taxes by taking action today!!!
You can scramble at year end.... but why? When the smartest tax saving
actions you can take are the ones you take now.

1. Consolidate debt into a home equity loan. If you have any nagging credit
car, car or other payments and have equity in your home, think hard about
consolidating those expenses into a home equity loan secured by your home.
This way, the interest you pay is a tax write off come year end. Don't wait
until December of 2008. Do it now and get a years worth of interest
deduction working in your favor. LoanSource offers a wide variety of true
"no fee" home equity line of credit loans.

2. Reduce your income. Start contributing money to a 401(k) or similar
retirement plan at work TODAY.... so you contribute the maximum amounts
allowed and get the biggest tax savings. . Your contribution reduces your
wages, and lowers your tax bill.

3. The Big Deductions. Another great strategy for reducing your taxable
income is to itemize your deductions, and the three biggest deductions are
mortgage interest, state taxes, and gifts to charity.

I'm happy to discuss these options with you in greater detail, or refer you
to several tax planners we work with who can offer additional advice.

The bottom line is.... start taking tax-smart actions now, early in 2008...
because the earliest birds get the biggest worms!!!
