[Stmonicaparent-list] Calling all phone-a-thon volunteers

Dear School Families,

 

I am trying to streamline the organization for the phone-a-thon this year.
If you signed up to volunteer for calling or to do clerical work for the
phone-a-thon please email me with the following information: 

 

1.	Your name, phone number, and email address: 
2.	The date you prefer to work either Tuesday Feb. 6th Or Wed. Feb. 7.
Both evenings arrive at 5:30 done by 9:00. We will provide dinner. 
3.	Whether you prefer to do Calling or Clerical work. We always can use
more callers:-) 

 

 

If you didn't sign up and would like to volunteer we can always use more
help. I also need help several mornings the week before and a few weeks
after processing the donations. If you are available during the day this is
a great way to get hours and the timing is very flexible. Please email me
and let me know if you can help in this capacity.
