Good morning - first of all - THANK YOU for all of your support and now the day of assistance.  I could not do this without each of your support and prayers.  I am sending this to those who would like to help on the day of.

I will be at Glendale Country Club by 9 AM on Monday - 

Registration begins at 10 and goes until noon before tee off.  I will need you with registration, taking credit cards, checks and cash, also working the contests (putting and chipping).  Once we are on the course - if there is 1 or 2 of you who would like to continue to sell raffle tickets to the players that would be ideal.  I will be bringing 4 walkie talkies so we can stay in touch.

Here is what the day holds-

10:00 AM REGISTRATION BEGINS 

10:00 AM - NOON - Superticket Contest, including Putting contest, Chipping contest and more

NOON Tee-off with BOX LUNCH

5:00-ish Post tournament reception (Approximately 5 - 5:30) includes shoot out for:

Hole in One to win the Mercedes

Top Sponsors $100,000 putting contest 


Tournament winners announced, sponsors and volunteers recognized, plus lots of drawings for prizes!!! 

6:00-ish Dinner to begin between 6 and 6:30 - Italian Buffet!

Please bring Credit Card, Cash or Check if you have not yet paid, or want to participate in extra contests!!

RULES - Because you have to have them! 


Scramble format 

3 Drives per person minimum (unless you purchased a Superticket, then you only need 2 of your drives to count)

All putts count, (unless your entire team purchased Supertickets, then it is a 2 putt maximum)

No mulligans, (unless you purchased a Superticket, then you get 1)
