[Stmonicaparent-list] Volunteers needed - Family Night Auction

The family night auction co-chairs need a couple of people to fill two key
roles for the Family Night Auction, which will be held on Thursday, November
8th in the St. Monica gym.

1 – Silent Auction Setup Chairperson
This person will be responsible for making the silent auction items look
good on the tables.  We will provide you with decorative boxes that you can
use as necessary to make everything fit and look nice. We just need someone
to take ownership of this task.  The majority of this will take place on
Wednesday afternoon (Nov. 7th) after tables and decorations are in place,
and we could likely use you Thursday as well for any final touches.  Please
email if you’re interested in taking this on.

2 – Live Auction Items Chairperson
This person will be responsible for arranging the live auction items on the
appropriate display tables.  The auction chairs will work with you to
brainstorm ideas for any “props” that would enhance the items’ display, plus
we’ll work with you to come up with several items that will be displayed
live on-stage during the actual auction by student volunteers. We’ll ask you
manage those students and their props during their portion of the live
auction as well.
