Dear St. Monica School Families,  
I hope you are all aware that the Parish Picnic is Sunday, September 9 --
and hope you're planning to attend. The Parish Picnic is great fun and great
for our parish community. See the details below and see you there.

Don't miss our Annual St. Monica Parish Picnic in the "Big Tent"!!

Sunday, September 9, 2007 (after 11:30 mass) 12:30-3:30pm

*New Location: Rectory Parking Lot and Lower Field.

Join us for some great parish community fun!! Hamburger, hotdogs and
beverages provided. 

And the Knights of Columbus will do the grilling! If you plan to attend,
please  bring a dessert or salad to share.

Fun and Games in store for everyone!! 

Cake walk, fish bowl toss, face painting, balloon making and...

 our first ever Adults vs Kids Softball Game! 

Everyone is invited to play! We will play recreational softball with
emphasis on fun and safety. 

Bring a mitt if you have one. Bats, balls and bases will be provided. 

But Don't forget...

Turn in an auction donation/procurement form and receive one raffle ticket
for each form turned in.

Many great prizes for the picnic day raffle such as Starbucks cards, local
restaurant certificates and other

unique gifts. Extra forms will be available at the picnic.

Cakes needed for the cake walk at the parish picnic!

Please bring a cake to the "big tent" in the rectory parking lot any time
after 9am on September 9th or
