Hello school families,

We hope everyone had a wonderful summer! Along with the start of the school
year comes...Auction Procurement Time!

 

As you know, each school family is contracted to procure or donate a minimum
of $150 in items, services, scrip or cash to the Parish Auctions. Auction
procurement forms are available in the school office and at the entrance of
the church. Please fill out a form for each item and turn it in, along with
your donation, to the Auction Office (located on the 2nd floor of the
school, across from the music room), or to the box marked "auction
donations" in the school office. 

 

This year, the official deadline for donations is Monday, October 1st,
however we would like to encourage you to turn in your donations even
sooner. Each family that meets the $150 quota by Monday, September 24th,
will be entered into a raffle to win a $25 iTunes gift card! Families who
have already turned in their donation will also be entered in the raffle.

 

To make turn-in even easier for you, we will be collecting donations at
morning drop-off on Fridays (September 14th and 21st), and on Monday,
September 24th. You don't even need to get out of your car!
