Due to popular response we will now be offering..Super Smoothie Fridays!   
Sold during lunch every Friday starting February 29th.  

 

The smoothies are made at Emerald City Smoothie on Mercer Island.

We will be offering a:   Fruity Freeze Supreme- 12 oz. - cost is $2.00- cash
only, please

 

The smoothie has Strawberries, bananas, protein and non-fat milk.  

 

140 calories, 0 grams of fat, 6 grams of protein no syrup and contains
natural sugar from bananas and strawberries.
