Dear St. Monica Parents/Guardians:

The Scholastic Book Fair will be coming our way from March 10-18.  Anyone
interested in receiving volunteer hours should contact Melissa DeBruyne.
The following are a list of the dates needed to be filled with volunteers:

 

March 10: 

*    Set up day

*    Sneak peak for faculty *fill out wish lists

March 12:

*    9-10:30 (6th grade)

*    11-12:00 (5th grade)

*    1-1:30 (Kindergarten)

 

March 13

*    8-9:00 (Drop off-parents)

*    10-11:00 (7th Grade)

*    11-12:00 (8th Grade)

*    1-1:30 (3rd Grade)

*    1:30-2:00 (2nd grade)

*    2:00-3:00 (1st grade)

*    3-4:30 (Pick up-parents)

 

March 16 (Sunday)

*    After all of the masses

 

March 17

 

Please contact me no later than March 5th so that I can coordinate the
volunteers and make this the BEST EVENT yet!!
