[Stmonicaparent-list] Unsafe Situation - Please respect signs

Dear St. Monica School Families,

 

We are having an increasing problem with the morning drop off situation in
the school parking lot adjacent to the entrance. Many of you are choosing to
drop off your students where the sign specifically asks you not to do so. As
a result, this creates an unsafe situation for others and a major back up of
cars trying to get into the lot to park. This is also resulting in some
traffic jams and students being late. 

 

I respectfully request that you adhere to the plan that we have in place and
either use the drop-off line or pull into a legitimate and available parking
space before letting your students out of the car. Please abide by the
posted sign and do not drop off students in that area. 

 

Thank you for your cooperation and support. This is for the safety of our
students!
