Parents' Club is in need of volunteers for the following positions:
Christmas Bazaar, Ways and Means Chair and Head Home room Parent.   Please
consider volunteering for one of these important positions for the next
school year.  If you are looking for ways to get your hours in, these are
easy options.

 

Christmas Bazaar and Ways and Means Chair do not require that you have been
at St. Monica for any length of time, or have been active in Parent Club
meetings.  

 

Christmas Bazaar- This is a fun yearly event that takes place in December!
Items are available through the Secret Santa workshop and the students are
available to purchase gifts for family members and friends.  All profit goes
towards the Sparrow Club.  Requires set up the night before and sales during
the day.  Time commitment= Nov & Dec 15 hours

           

Ways and Means Chair:  This is an executive board position.  This person
oversees all fundraising aspects of the Parents' Club.  All fundraising
positions have been filled.  The chair coordinates with the gift-wrap and
cookie dough chairs.  This person is expected to attend bi-monthly parent
club meetings.

Time commitment= 1-2 hours per month July-May

 

Head Home room Parent: This person coordinates all activities with classroom
room parents.

Time commitment= July & Aug (10 hours) & 1 hour per month Sept-May.  Great
position for a stay at home or working parent as all can be done from home.
