Dear St. Monica School Families,

 

On Tuesday, May 6th, the City of Mercer Island will be doing a formal
"traffic study" of our school community. They will be specifically reviewing
our drop-off and pick-up routines. They are doing this in preparation for
the addition of our new multi-purpose facility which will house our future
preschool and the after school extended care program. 

 

It is imperative that everyone abide by the pick-up and drop-off guidelines
that were recently reiterated to you in an email and the school newsletter.
Problems on Tuesday could impact the future of this new addition and we
cannot have that happen.

 

We have seen some nice improvement over the past week or so, but we need it
to continue more now than ever!!

 

The safety of all of the children is always our main concern.
