Hi St. Monica School Families!

 

Just a reminder that we are collecting procurement items for the auctions in
November!  If you turn in your items by May 30th then your students will get
a NUT coupon!

 

If you don't know what to donate, then a check for $150 is very helpful as
we can pair it with other donations and buy a great trip or something.  Feel
free to write your check for MORE than $150 as it is a complete tax
write-off!!


Other ideas:  Unique experiences - special sports tickets, vacation
properties, long weekend trips to the Oregon or Washington coasts, horseback
riding, tennis lessons, golfing, boat ride, dinner out for 2 or 4, etc.

 

Our school community LOVES to get together - consider going in with a couple
others and throw a party.  It doesn't have to be fancy - Mexican fiesta,
Italian dinner, Blue Angels party, progressive dinner with friends, etc. 

 

You can ask businesses for a donation.  Most companies have money in their
budget for charities.  Our catalog is read by over 400 people so it is a
great way for a company to advertise their name.  Ask your gym, your
jeweler, your landscape person, restaurants, etc.  Don't be afraid to ask.
Just keep a procurement form in your car!

 

You can turn your donations in at the school office - be sure to fill out a
procurement form, even if you are making a cash donation.  Forms are also in
the school office.
