Dr. Owens Relationship Selling class is based on a 7-year research study on what successful sales people are doing that the unsuccessful people are failing to do.
This class gives you the principles of building a trust relationship with every client, which turns prospects into clients. When you consistently relate to a prospects value system and say the right thing to each client to meet their wants needs and desires, you create trust in your professionalism and the result is an increase in closing ratio, long term client relationships and referral business.
Dr. Owens believes that success in marketing and sales is a matter of developing knowledge of relationship principles and practicing these in a training format rather than practicing on the public.
